Annika Hall
Ph.D Business Administration
Annika has a background in business administration research with a focus on family owned businesses. She was a faculty member of the University of Jönköping, Sweden.
Annika has worked for more than 20 years as an advisor specialising in ownership transition processes where the ability to have constructive problem solving meetings has been central to long-term success and lasting change. She is an ardent student of group dynamics and communication, has a systems thinking perspective (SCT) and has integrated her academic rigor into developing practical methods for difficult conversations.
Besides her work as a consultant Annika has written articles and books in her special area of expertise, teaches graduate students and holds workshops for business owners and business organisations.
