Meetings fascinate us
We share a common belief that we can, together with our clients, create a context where people can come together to solve problems more efficiently, more creatively and with a higher degree of purpose and enthusiasm. And we are quite fascinated and passionate about meetings as being the means to achieve those ends.
We have been trained to use the same innovative psychological theories which have an enormous potential to benefit how work groups and organisations come together to solve problems and work more efficiently. In an increasingly complex and uncertain reality, the ability to integrate different perspectives is a crucial skill for both effective and creative problem-solving. When differences are felt to be an asset, then both the individuals’ and the organisation’s sense of well-being and purpose are enhanced.
